rechigo 294 Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 On downloaded media, if you click on the video to go to the page for that video, it doesn't have the cover art synced. More info in attached file
Luke 39819 Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 Hi there, thanks for reporting. We'll take a look.
rechigo 294 Posted July 4, 2019 Author Posted July 4, 2019 Update: I've noticed that it does download banners, however only if the banner was ripped from the video and a banner can't be found on the internet. If the banner was from the internet, it doesn't download.
Luke 39819 Posted July 5, 2019 Posted July 5, 2019 Try using the manual image editor to see what internet images are available.
rechigo 294 Posted July 7, 2019 Author Posted July 7, 2019 Hello, downloaded content doesn't have this option, but my content on the server does and I do have a banner selected.
Luke 39819 Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 Ok sorry, I missed that this was for downloaded media. We'll look into this, thanks.
rechigo 294 Posted August 18, 2019 Author Posted August 18, 2019 Hello Luke. Is there any update on this? It has not been resolved in the latest beta update containing the updated download manager
rechigo 294 Posted August 19, 2019 Author Posted August 19, 2019 Yes, I can view it if I view the local version but as soon as I go to the downloads section on my home page and click on the video from there, it has no backdrop
Luke 39819 Posted August 19, 2019 Posted August 19, 2019 It's something we'll look at improving. thanks.
rechigo 294 Posted August 19, 2019 Author Posted August 19, 2019 Something to add: I noticed that it won't download the backdrop or the poster on fire tablets, however on my android 9 device the posters do download
