Web browser view filters scroll out of reach

The filter is a wonderful thing. Being able to sort by so much. The problem is when you've sorted and do any scrolling down into your movies you notice the selector menu scrolls off-screen with it. This isn't much of a problem with a few movies on screen. But with alot and changing filters frequently having it scroll off-screen is a pita. I like being able to switch to timeline view and poster views on the fly and not have to scroll all the way up to do so.

 

Was it intentional to scroll this selector bar up into the frame off-screen? If so, can there be an option to keep it on-screen when scrolling? Thanks
