Emby dependant packages

I first ran Emby on Synology in the beta stage whereby we had to install other packages manually to get the server up & running.

I have refrained from updating some of these as I wasn't sure if it would effect anything else.

 

I just want to check with you guys before updating any of the following packages - if it is safe to do so. & does the current version of Emby rely on any of these any more?

 

ffmpeg is running version 3.1.2-4 version 4.1-11 is available

ImageMagick is running 6.9.1-1 version 7.0.7-3 is available

Mono is running 4.2.2.30-7 version 5.8.0.108-11 is available

 

So,

Does Emby still utilise these? Or can they be removed?

Or, if they are required. Is it safe to update them?

Emby Server is not dependent on ffmpeg as it has it's own version embedded. For the other two it depends. I would check out the latest install instructions for your model:
