Luke 38874 Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 Hmm, sadly there's not much there. Can you try the beta and provide a log from that? Thanks.
Luke 38874 Posted June 8, 2019 Posted June 8, 2019 Can you try running windows chkdsk to check for a possible drive failure? Thanks.
F688 0 Posted June 8, 2019 Author Posted June 8, 2019 (edited) I think I found the cause. I installed a Mesh Wireless System which when on causes the Server to crash. Server is wired so I don't know why the Mesh is causing this. Mesh is on a different network from the server so I do not know what the cause is. Edited June 8, 2019 by F688
F688 0 Posted June 9, 2019 Author Posted June 9, 2019 (edited) Installed Emby server on another computer and had the same results. Frequent crashes. Fresh install of windows and Emby on original PC and still crashed. Hard drive checked. Removed mesh from network and it stopped crashing. Will continue monitoring to see if it crashes again. May have to do with double NAT or uPnP. Edited June 9, 2019 by F688
F688 0 Posted June 10, 2019 Author Posted June 10, 2019 Definitely has something to due with the Mesh Network Units - TP-Link M5. I set it up as access point mode (removing NAT control) and removed uPnP but when operating it still causes Emby Server to crash. However, with the equipment removed, Emby does not crash.
