chef 3749 Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 (edited) Hi, my mom and dad have a Sony Android TV with the Emby Android TV app installed on it. It is connected to my server at my house. Playback was, as far as I know, quiet flawless. But all of a sudden playback stops intermittently. Not that the stream ends, it is almost like it is buffering (1990's style). I have tried changing Mb/s to trigger transcoding, and also tried Direct Playing. In both instances the pausing is happening. When transcoding I can watch the transcoding buffer get the video file buffer way ahead of the stream... So it's not that. Could it be their internet speeds causing issues?
