Anime Plugin How-To

I have some anime I would like to show properly in MB what folder structure and file naming scheme is the best or at least works well with the anime plugin?

Any of the structures listed here should work. However, I have had trouble with getting episodes without season folders to work correctly recently, so I would suggest using season folders for now.

You can either put sequel series in their own series folder, or put them in their parent series as a new season, as per how the series shows up as on the tvdb.

 

e.g.:

 

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex/Season 01/Ghost in the Shell.s01e01.mkv

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex/Season 02/Ghost in the Shell.s02e01.mkv

 

or

 

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex/Season 01/Ghost in the Shell.s01e01.mkv

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG/Season 01/Ghost in the Shell.s01e01.mkv
