Guest virtualtinker
To further expand on my request, picture it like this.. whether I am connecting to my server instance inside or outside of my network, I need to follow my IP/hostname with :8096/mediabrowser. Now the port has already been addressed since you can change the port, but it would be nice if there could be a check box that would redirect any requests made to the server to append /mediabrowser. In doing so and changing my custom port to 80, I could essentially make accessing my server remotely significantly easier because I could just go to www.soandso.com and the redirect would append the /mediabrowser. This could also be taken a step further by allowing the option to redirect http to https which would be a good stepping stone for when SSL encryption is supported in the future.
