DS716+ Emby 4.1.1.0 stops on starting

I'm having problems with latest Emby for few months. First Emby stopped after some time. Right now things have gotten worse. Service stops after starting. Heres latest bit of the log:

Hi there, can you try rebooting the NAS? Something has a hold on the port preventing the server from binding to it. Thanks.

Seems to work. Now i have set up Emby server again. Week ago i tried also unininstall / install.
