You are probable aware of these things In the server settings under Advanced you can edit Internet streaming bitrate limit (Mbps): which will force transcode this applies to all users and all the content or if you go to settings of the app that you are using you can change the bitrate it is probable set to auto so you may lower this to say 15mbps.
