bls_fanatic 3 Posted April 17, 2019 Share Posted April 17, 2019 Hello, I am running Emby Server 4.0.3.0 with Emby Premiere Key successfully entered. I am unable to download content to my Android phone running Emby 3.0.42. I get the message contained in the attached screenshot about device limit exceeded. I do however see in Emby Server that I am well within my device limit. I currently have 10 devices in Emby, none of which have active downloads. After that I get the message about unlocking the feature, I click Already paid, I have Emby premiere and I get stuck to a Got it button. Any idea what the problem might be? ebr 14947 Posted April 20, 2019 Share Posted April 20, 2019 Hi. Make sure that the phone isn't being blocked from reaching mb3admin.com by some sort of security software or router firewall. Some of the response codes from those items can fool our system into thinking it is an over limit error. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
