Looking for the best way to do this

I would like to continue to use my 'Media Center' to record shows and do commercial scanning with MCEBuddy

 

After this, I want the file to go to my NAS in the proper folder (per show).

 

 

What is the best way to do this? Have the Media Center just record onto the Synology server?

 

It just seems that it's going to be extremely slow (Bonded MoCA 2.0 connection [600-800Mbps]) to stream, record and then, commercial skip, then send back.

 

Any help would be great.
