When setting up Plex for external access I had to tie outgoing Plex traffic to one line by setting up a routing policy for the Plex server and port then set up a port forward rule for inward traffic. I've set up a port forwarding rule for emby incoming traffic but, on the assumption I need to set up outgoing routing for emby as well, I'm struggling to set up a routing rule as I don't know which port emby uses to connect to remote users.
