kesm 25
Hi, When I reach movies genre at this url : https://embydns/web/index.html#!/movies/movies.html?parentId=xxxx&serverId=yyyI have several genres but items in some genre are TV Show items but I'm in Movies section if I click on the image of the genre I'm redirected to this url https://embydns/web/index.html#!/list/list.html?genreId=188&serverId=xxx&parentId=yyy and nothing is displayed. If I click on the name of the genre I'm redirected to this url : https://embydns/web/index.html#!/list/list.html?genreId=188&serverId=xxx And I have items (movies + tv shows) that matches this genre Edited April 11, 2019 by kesm
Happy2Play 8332
Well there is no way around the image issue as there is only one genre to cover two content types. You know there is only one folder \metadata\genre to cover TV and Movies. There is a topic somewhere I can find if you are wanting to manually edit all of one content type to make genres for TV and Movies separately. But that require you to quite a bit of editing. Never notice that the Image button and the Title link went to separate locations. Button link is restricted to the library you are in (ie the parentid). I have no issue showing item within my libraries. Possibly a database issue since you say they appear globally Title links are global so you see all items no matter their library with that genre. The Genre links within all itemdetails are the same way. Edited April 11, 2019 by Happy2Play
kesm 25
I added genre cleaner plugin in order to have the same genre on all my library so I don't have my image problem anymore. But I think there is still a problem : If I click on title's genre as everything matching this genre is displayed instead of only movies matching this genre (like if I click on the image)
Happy2Play 8332
@@Luke will have to comment as I would expect these links to be library restricted also as that is the library I selected them from. But it may be by design to have a way to see Library or Global Genres. itemdtails
