GGadmin 1
Ever since I've changed internet service provider im unable to access my emby externally. I've tried added port forwarding, manually added external ip address. Not sure what else to look at. Last time I've set it up,i just installed the app on my synology nas and that's it. I would really appreciate anybody's help and suggestions. Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk
Luke 37095
Hi there @@GGadmin, I would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter. Please try the steps listed there and let us know which ones succeed and which ones do not, then we can go from there. Thanks !
darkassassin07 423
One thing to note is some isps block certian ports before they even make it to your router. I use telus for example and they block port 80. Even if I open that port nothing actually makes it back to my network. A tool like: https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ can help you test that
