change to emby theater

Currently I have installed emby server and classic emby and I want to change to emby theater, but I have doubts:
1.-I have to uninstall the codecs I have: ffdshow, Media control (remote control), and Matroska Splitter?
2.-Emby theater comes with built-in codecs?
3.-The remote control work and can I choose subtitles and language?

Hi,

I am looking at doing the same thing and I have a couple of questions.

1) will my windows remote work with Emby Theater?

2) Currently I am on Win 7 using Media Center. I use the green button to bring it up. How would you get Emby Theater to open with a windows remote?

3) Will my old diamond theme work with Emby Theater (I know it's an old theme but I've put a ton into it)

4) I've never been able to figure out how to turn subs on and off with my windows remote. Tips?

5) Best edition of Windows 10 for home theater/media server? Pro, Enterprise?
