Frankz 2
I had to rename my library folders so I removed the old and added the new folders in the Library settings page. For the movies this wasn't an issue, I just had to refresh all metadata. It downloaded all cover/backdrops/synopsis just fine. For the tv-shows however it seems to not be doing anything. It's not identifying anything unless it has exactly the name of the show as folder name. The only things that get identified are folders with very simple names like: "The Walking Dead" "Game of Thrones" Unable to identify; "The Walking Dead Season 9" "The.Walking.Dead.S09" "Game.of.Thrones.S01.1080p.BluRay.DTS.x264" Before today this wasn't an issue, so I'm not sure what to try to fix this. Using Version 4.1.0.13 beta Again to clarify, for movies this wasn't an issue, the tv shows are all named in a similar fashion to movies: eg. (Movie folder naming): Mandy.2018.REPACK.1080p.BluRay.DTS.x264-SbR Emby had no issue identifying these. Edited March 8, 2019 by Frankz
PenkethBoy 2063
TV follows a different naming structure see https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/TV-naming from the wiki "For a simple TV folder structure, the recommended folder layout is Series (year)\Season #\Episode or Series (year)\Episode. When setting up the library make sure to select TV as the content type. Having the year in the series name is........"

Thx for the help but the only thing I did was remove old and add new folders to my existing library for tv shows & movies. Before today it was able to pickup on this naming scheme just fine. That's why I'm making this topic. This is how the folders are named; Movie folder names: TV Show: Edited March 8, 2019 by Frankz
PenkethBoy 2063
Yep not going to work for TV shows - maybe you had it as a diff library type before
Luke 37254
Hi there, we plan to be able to support a mish-mash folder structure in the future, but for now, you'll need to follow our TV naming guidelines: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/TV-naming Thanks.
