4.0.2.0 : multiples crashs

I'm new on Emby, and testing for one month this product.

My config is Synology DS918+ and Emby 4.0.2.0.

 

Oftenly, at least one times per day, i've to relaunch application.

Hi there, if you uninstall the cover art plugin and then restart the server, does that have any impact?

Thanks for the logs @@vdams. This is (unfortunately) not one of the 'typical' Skia failures we see, so I don't have an immediate resolution for you.

 

However, we have an update to Skia coming in the next stable, so I've made a note and we'll come back to this and review once released.

 

Removing the CoverArt plugin, for now, is the most appropriate workaround.

Thks for the feedback.

I'm confirming that plugin "cover art" is still removed.

Again, this evening process wasn't started.

 

I don't know if it's link, but i've a task "library scan" still running and stocked at 91,9% since installation 1 week ago.

It seems coming from my Photo folder.

Thanks for the update, I believe we have an idea what the cause of the above might be - so bear with me, whilst I check that out.

FYI, still this morning, server has crashed (i've restarted it early this morning, and a few hours after, it has crashed).

I've seen than an update is available 4.0.3.0-1, i will apply it.

Thanks for the logs, I was able to identify two crashes - both related to a failure during image processing.

 

We have improvements in this area coming with the next stable, so I will revisit this then.
