Some content plays, others won't ("Playback Error No compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contact your system...")

On a new install of Emby server I am having trouble with playback. Some files work, some don't. I've attached a log. I've been trying to figure out the issue but I am at a loss.

Since it looks like permissions, I'm not sure what they should be. I checked again and the logs show this:

What should the permissions be at this point?

I followed the chmod and setfacl commands here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/27321-getting-folder-permissions-right-once-and-for-all/&do=findComment&comment=497312

 

and added the emby user to my users group and restarted. Once I did this I had no more permissions errors and playback starts without errors.
