cconatser 0
I have noticed over a couple week span that I would have a ffmpeg still running and the server saying that I have an active device and the ffmpeg process for it would be 100% of the cpu. During normal transcoding times it would not go over about 30% CPU usuage with couple devices going at once. I would restart the server and the active device would disappear and then would level out the load on the server back to normal range with nothing running in the background. We are running Roku Express's on all the devices that we actively use bought around same time (6 months ago). This would happen every single night with no failure. Server is running on Windows 10 x64. Thought it was strange and wanted to seek out advice on what may be going on. It looks like it is using the Intel QuickSync (AVC) on both ends of the transcoding. I have included both server logs as it rotated at 12:00 AM and split the server log between reboots into 2. Any help is appreciated. embyserver-63687513600.txt embyserver-63687537551.txt ffmpeg-transcode-f9ba35a4-fc57-4bfa-9b5a-6ecc32262c35_1.txt Edited March 7, 2019 by cconatser
Luke 37256
Hi, were you actively playing on Roku when this happened?
