Sure. Here you go. The avi is the original file and the mkv the one remuxed with MKVToolUI.

I tried remuxing with ffmpeg. Same result.

Tried remuxing the same file with the Emby Server conversion feature and it works fine. Emby wins!  :D

 

The myFFmpeg UI app for FFmpeg also works, but it costs €20, and FFmpeg manages to hard crash/reboot my desktop at random times. So....
