Blatherscribe 4 Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 I was just wondering if there's any way to update the people (cast and crew) for a TV series season that I've locked due to the TVdb having the wrong episode order. I'm able to do it manually, by going to each actor and refreshing their metadata, but I'm hoping I can automate this process. Also, Emby can't seem to find some people, even though I've found their IMDb profiles and even tried searching by IMDb ID. Any suggestions there? Thanks! Luke 37362 Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 Hi, unfortunately not really. You have to refresh the metadata on the series because this is when people info gets pulled in. That will require you to unlock the items in order to work. So that means you need to choose between losing your episode number edits, or editing people manually instead.
