Chris Able 0
Hi, Just wonder if somebody could give me some tips / advice so I could connect to my ember server from the Internet. I new since a couples of weeks. Hi bough the licence to connect throught the web. Locally, it works super fine. But I spend many many hours to try to acces my media from the net but just doesn't work. I might not know how to do it. I have windows 10 and my router is a TP link AC3150. My internet connection is with a dynamic IP (for what it means) Is there any documentation on how to set this up with my specific router? Thanks a lot in advance to any body that could help me here. I'm a rookie emby user Chris
Luke 37362
hi @@Chris Able I would suggest checking out our Connection Troubleshooter. Please try the steps listed there and let us know which ones succeed and which ones do not. Thanks !

Chris Able 0
H, just for any reference to anybody that would use a router tp link ac3150, I had to fill the sub section called virtual servers + port triggering in the segment called NAT Forwarding. As mentionned in Emby reference, each router has it's own setup. Dont hesitate if any body need more info on this Thanks Chris
