Bitrate limit, trying to figure it out...

Client is Firestick 4k or Web browser, 150 Mbit connection to server and many times i see transcoding with this message :

 

Reason for transcoding: Direct play error Media bitrate exceeds limit.

 

Where is that bitrate limit ? Can i change it ? I have put on user in settings Internet streaming bitrate limit (Mbps): 150 mbit but it does nothing.

 

I really cant figure this bitrate limit.

I would leave that setting blank unless you have a reason to change it. You don't use that setting to raise the limit, only to lower it. I would then check the in-app quality setting.
