Using Cinema Mode and the Trailers plugin, trailers always play before a movie even though the box is checked for (Only play trailers from unwatched content) This happens on Nvidia Shield and Web play. It is to only play unwatched trailers not only play trailers before movies you haven't watched before... Is that what you are encountering?
