Playing doesn't resume after network loss

Hi everyone,

 

I happen to be a daily cross-border train commuter and do "suffer" from one slighly annoyance with emby player on iOS.

At some point, the train reaches a location where there's no network for a duration of ~2-3 minutes depending on its speed.

Arriving in the destination country, I get 4G coverage from the local provider (with a new IP address certainly) but yet the playback doesn't resume.

Also, during this phase, there's no indication on the screen appearing telling me that network has been lost and that the player is attempting to resume.

 

Am I missing anything or doing anything wrong ?

You're not doing anything wrong, this is just a scenario we'll need to improve on. Thanks.
