MateyTate 15
Hi, I have a Synology running the latest version of Emby Server, and have the client running on an NVIDIA Shield. I have a problem whereby a h.265 file will be playing perfectly (direct play), but if I try to change the audio to say, 5.1 it crashes the app and I have to then force close and restart. I have uploaded the logs, the filename is as below: sendlogs_DalesNAS_synology_braswell_916+_20190126T233333UTC.tgz And I have attached the basic log file incase that helps? Would appreciate any assistance or advice, not all my files do it and they work just fine on my iOS devices. It seems to be just the Shield. Thank you so much. ebr 14949
Hi. Does this happen on just this one item? Can you provide specifics about that item? I suspect that we don't have complete information for the audio tracks and, if that is the case, the beta which is about to be released will stop the crashing (although you still won't be able to switch audio). MateyTate 15
Thanks for the quick response. It happens on a number of HEVC files, though they are all from the same source. Its just strange as it it doesn't seem to bother the Apple TV or built in Samsung apps, just the Shield. Perhaps the attached screenshots will help? Thank you Edited January 27, 2019 by MateyTate
ebr 14949
The first audio track has channels "unknown"? What does the media info at the bottom of the web app detail page look like?
