nbat58 6
Is the .avi playback with Emby still a issue, I have tried playing some .avi files today without success, I am running Emby server 4.0.1.0 on the Nvidia Shield? Please don't say that I have to re-mux my files to .mkv as that will be a lot of work and would not be an option.

nbat58 6
Well, the .avi files won't play, they just start, I hear the sound starting then goes all black.

Luke 37233
As a test if you turn off hardware transcoding, does that have any impact?
nbat58 6
Turning off transcoding does make the .avi files play, is there a setting where only transcoding is turned off for .avi files only?
ebr 14958
Hi. What, exactly, did you turn off?
