cfuson 0 Posted January 25, 2019 Share Posted January 25, 2019 Version after 3.5.3.0 causes the playon plugin to stop working properly. I get several icons for live tv, only 1 of which will work and when you start watching a tv channel it will only play for a couple minutes then you get a black screen - no sound or video and the links at the top for going back or home disappear. All clients show multiple icons in Playon since V4 and playback doesn't work on Win 10 boxes, however the Ipad does work it just takes longer to see the playback then usual. If you need more logs then what @cfusion has supplied happy to post more to assist in troubleshooting. I shut down emby, removed the cache folder, shut down playon and removed the cache folder there as well. cfuson 0 Posted January 31, 2019 Author Share Posted January 31, 2019 Ok - I set up a new server and installed emby and playon on it. It did not help - same issue. I did notice that if you goto PlayOn/All * you get multiple icons for the channels * I click on the 2nd icon for Spectrum * Click on Live TV ** I can now see the icons for the channels (only one per channel) ** I click on one to open it - I see the swirling "waiting" thing ** it then errors off with the playback error "No Compatible Streams....."
