But I have room, whre I want to install an TV, but in this room there is no TV cable. Emby is running on a Synology NAS DS716+II, the other TV has also the Emby App running. So, my question: What do I have to do (buy), to stream my cable TV program from my NAS to the other TV? Is this possible? Thanks for our help. Huede82 1 Posted January 19, 2019 Author Share Posted January 19, 2019 I was watching for hd homreun, but for DVB-C its the most expansive version, and hard to buy in switzerland... And, the TV where this should run on, is a 2012 E-Series Samsung (this Emby is running on it https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/9869-samsung-smart-tv-2011-2014-third-party-app-install-instructions/) It's only a less used TV, not my main TV. There all is fine. And so, I don^t want to spent so much money, I'll collect more informations and then choose, what I will do...
