Google play will not let buy the android app without compatible device. Same with Windows 8.1 app, no option to buy from website without Windows 8.1. I really don't want to install Windows 8.1 and Android emulator in VM just to buy the apps. Buying apps shouldn't be this difficult. Any other ideas?
