What information is being kept (saved/stored) and if so for how long ?

What information is being shared with third parties and if any is it anonymized ?

How long is our and our users data kept for ?

Is there a privacy policy publicly available in regards to mb3admin.com ?

Should users be issue a consent nonfiction about information about being being sent to a 3rd party site ?

Are we or are our users able to request information be purged if it is being stored ?

This seems to refer to our usage of THIS site, not emby server & our clients "phoning home" to mb3admin.com. Is there a policy that covers the alternative domains and subdomains emby uses to transfer and store information about us, how this information may be hashed/stored and what is done with it? To be honest, without further information this scares me. You guys do great work and I'd like to see it continue. Totally believe you need to get paid (I'm premium) and somehow verify paid vs unpaid accounts. etc. But I'm also not interested in having my user's data monetized or finding out that my home server information is hashed somewhere that's easily hacked. Can we get a little more transparency here?

Hi.  That document covers all of our sites:

which are operated and available at http://www.emby.media or any related domains and/or subdomains

We recently took telemetry gathering out of the server and we have never collected any data about your library or how you access it.  We also don't share any information with 3rd parties at this time except for situations where we have to report a number of users of a specific feature to someone and then get billed for that (e.g. guide data) but then this is nothing but "X users".

The contact that you see in your server is all related to either updates or feature/device validation.

Thanks.
