matt77303 1
Hi guys Running emby server in a docker container from the ember/embyserver repo. Reading the release notes for ember 4.0 it sounds really good, any way to force a update to it. Currently running Version 3.5.3.0. Thanks Matt

matt77303 1
Sorry new to running things in a docker container. Rm? Matt Edited January 16, 2019 by matt77303
SkyBehind 23
Sorry new to running things in a docker container. Rm? Matt rm = remove. Basically, just docker pull emby/embyserver:latest and reuse your config. If you're using portainer, I just stop the container, duplicate it, but change the name, then after I verify it works, remove the old container. Luke 37250
Doing this within docker is not yet officially supported and will require some setup on your part. What you hardware do you have?

Luke 37250
Ok sorry, this topic was about updating docker so I assumed as much. Can you please open a new topic and supply the emby server log and hardware detection log? Thanks.
