Music Metadata - Not identifying multidisk correctly (Ignores upper tier)

I've noticed an issue with the metadata for music files... and I thought I'd posted this before... But looks like I din't.

I have folders set up like this.

//music/artist/album/track.mp3

But I also have some multidisk items and those are setup like this.

//music/artist/album/cd1/track.mp3

//music/artist/album/cd2/track.mp3

Now when you have it setup like that... MB ignores the upper tier name... In this case it completely ignores the Artist name and instead creates a new artist for the album name.

What's worse is that for some reason it's adding in a musicbrainz ID for 'The Johnny Cash Band' for the album, even though it's listing it under E for 'The' Essential Johnny Cash... meanwhile Johnny Cash is just listed as a folder instead of the artist as it should be.

This happens for any album that contains multidiscs placed into their own folders.

@@Luke has any progress been made on this, as it's still doing it. Added a new double CD the other day... I already had a single cd in the folder so the artist info was already there... but it still identified the new double album as artist within the artist folder... and each CD as the same album.
