ultradj83 0
Dears, I successfully installed emby-server-qnap_3.6.0.83_arm-x41.qpkg. Althrough I see emby-server.sh in ls /etc/init.d and I see Emby running in the NAS web interface, there's no emby-server processes (don't know exact process name) running in ps -w and I can't connect http://[iP]:8096. Performing a port scan to NAS IP I don't see Emby server, on any ports. Server log is blank. Mono framework is not installed as not required for arm-x41 architecture following installation guide: nothing changes installing it. Thanks everybody. Luke 37065
Can you try rebooting your nas and then starting the server?
ultradj83 0
Nothing changes. Might it conflict with Ples or QTS DLNA service? Tks.
Luke 37065
No, what server log file is blank?
ultradj83 0
In .../.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata/logs there's only one file called embyserver.txt, 0bytes. Tks.
ultradj83 0
After too many attempts I can just confirm Emby doesn't work, at least on ARM x41 devices, so I'll need to back to Plex. Please close this. Tks.
Luke 37065
Hi there, I apologize for this issue. There is a little bit of difficulty in supporting some of these older QNAP models. We are looking into it. Thanks.
OneCD 10
Hmm, x41 arch shouldn’t be old. @@ultradj83, what is your NAS model please?
