The convert feature ask me to upgrade to premium but that I did already. I successfully test premium features with my iOS devices. The sever running @ a Synology DS718+ with OS "DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 2". Server log with a convert test is attached. I'm greatful for any help! The browser that shows the golden coin also convert without any problem. It seem to be an issue with one of my installations. Thank you Luke!
