timeslip1974 14
Currently (as far as I can see) theres no way to differentiate between normal 4k and HDR 4k - A HDR icon along with the rest of the movie info would be great
Charlie117 56
Good suggestion! However, I don't think ffprobe is able to accurately tell if something is really HDR: https://video.stackexchange.com/questions/22059/how-to-identify-hdr-video so it may results in false positives. Luke 37192
I think ffprobe does give us accurate data, we just don't currently have any indicators in lists.
FrostByte 5055
This would be nice because some of the first UHD TVs (2014 Samsungs for instance) do not support HDR so people may have multiple versions of a movie or something. An icon at the top like the OP requested and/or maybe an extra filter to weed out one or the other would work Edited December 30, 2018 by FrostByte

Guest asrequested
I was wanting to do that with the cover art. I'd like an HDR moniker at the bottom right corner of the cover. Something black and gold, like the 4k moniker.
ebr 14949
Makes sense for CA.
