Multiple m3u TV sources and multiple TV Guides question ?

I am new to the IPTV stuff (but not to emby).

I got the bug by adding an M3u list for australian TV (I am in Australia) and a TV guide for that.

I am now thinking of a  IPTV provider for access to UK channels.

I am not sure what happens when I add another M3U TV Source in emby ?

And also what happens with an additional xmltv guide ?

Do they just 'merge' ?

When you add another M3U and another XMLTV guide, those channels will appear alongside your existing channels in the channel picker or the guide.

 

So yes, you can have as many M3U and XMLTV files as you want, but they won’t be organized per tuner when you are picking a channel to watch.
