Multi episode files with absolute series numbering is not working correctly

a file like "abc s01e01-e02.mkv" results to a listing of episode "1-2" with metadata that combine both episodes titles.

 

One would expect the same behavior when using absolute numbering. Instead a file "abc 001-002.mkv" will result in a episode that shows "2-2" and only uses the metadata for the second episode. Not sure if this is a bug or simply not implemented yet, but would be nice to get absolute numbering support improved here. On a sidenote the wiki (https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/TV%20naming) should atleast shortly mention absolute numbering support is there, so people stop believing it is still not supported.

Hi, we haven't implemented this with absolute numbering. To be honest it's just never come up before. It's possible for the future. Thanks.
