App paid for but asking to unlock again

Hi, looking for some help.

 

I paid for the app last year and now it's asking me to unlock it again, I've tried the restore unlock with no joy. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled.

On the settings page it shows as version 1.6.56a expired in the bottom right.

 

What do I do as I'm at a bit of a loss right now, I use Emby on 3 fire tv devices every day.

Hi.  Did the Google account on the device change?  An unlock purchase would be tied to the Google account.

Thanks for replying, it was purchased from the amazon app store for fire tv. Nothing had changed but some reason it has resolved itself and the unlock app button now shows Emby premier once again.
