Can not play movie moved to a newly created library

my problem: from one of my three libraries I can not play movies.

If I try to play any movie from this library (in Firefox 64.0 under Windows 10) I always get the error: "Wiedergabefehler Derzeit sind keine kompatiblen Stream verfügbar. Bitte versuche es später nochmal oder kontaktiere deinen Systemadministrator für weitere Informationen."

 

What I did:

- I had only two media libraries; one for "Eltern", one for "Kinder"

- As the children did complain that they are old enough for movies >=6 (which is now true) I created a third library: "Familie"

- I moved some movies from "Eltern" -> "Familie" (file system "mv" of the movie folder)

- I included the folder "Familie" as an emby library and did the same set-up as with the other two

 

Result: movies in the library "Familie" do not play. Not under the user "Eltern" nor under the user "Kinder". And yes, they did play for the user "Eltern" when they were located in the folder "Eltern"

 

Info on the server:

* Ubuntu server 18.04

* Intel® Xeon® CPU E3-1230 V2

* dpkg -l : ii  emby-server  3.6.0.79  amd64

 

Can you please guide me if more infos are needed and can you please help?
