Hitting a # button on the screen and entering a channel number by hitting virtual keys on the screen may be required if you only have directional keys and an enter button but is horrible if you have an actual keyboard or a real remote control with hard buttons for the numbers. So, keep the existing system in place but add the ability for direct entry of the numbers from a keyboard. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
