Media not playing

Howz it?

 

I installed a new emby jail on freenas 9.11 (not plugin) upgraded to emby 3.6.0.76, click on a movie to watch and the circle icon just stays. not movie plays.

 

An extract from the log says this.

I can upgrade to 11.2, do you support 11.2?
my data should be ok, well it better, there's 2 years of collecting on there

You can go to 11.2, but our package currently requires a compatibility update for it, as it is brand new. If you do this, then for now you'll need to install using this procedure:
