Shuffle Play Stops and Restarts When Skipping

I'm not at home to pull the log at the moment but I am having a minor issue in regards to the shuffle play for TV shows. I watch a few episodes randomly and it works fine. However when I decide to skip an episode or two once the new episode starts playing--say about 2 minutes into it suddenly playback stops and starts the previous episode that I had originally skipped. It does this each time I skip a few episodes either once or in a row. If i just start shuffle play without skipping anything it works fine with no issues. It's like the software is mad at me for skipping episodes that I may not want to see right now..lol.

 

This is with the Emby Theater client (on latest version) I am using on my htpc.

Apparently using the Ch up button on the remote (Harmony in my case) seems to work fine for episode skips. I've always used the right arrow key to skip episodes as that was always the norm, so using the Ch buttons seem a little unconventional, but it works with no restarts. Thanks again
