Setting my Emby server up to use a different IP Address

I would like to have my EMBY server respond on a different IP address to the main QNAP box.

 

I have seen, and unsuccessfully tried to use, settings that suggest this is possible.  I suspect that I am missing some pre-requisites though and wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction to get this working.

how many IP addresses do you have assigned to you qnap?

Emby binds to what is called IPAddress.Any, which allows it to receive requests on all addresses.

 

If you want to use a particular address, then simply use that one when connecting to Emby Server.
