Second file #NOTTRANSCODING can be played without transcoding and #FFMPEG which is not telling much next to "TranscodeReasons=ContainerBitrateExceedsLimit" which is clearly a faulty return code. (subtitles are switched off in the app settings so that cant be the reason). On a side note; please don't update the samsung tv app from 1.0.44 to 1.0.45 because that will result in more transcoding; the 1.0.44 can play files with directplay which 1.0.45 can not do. Which is encoded the exact same way as the second video file, and the same source is used, as you can see, the details are identical. So there is no way to find out why its transcoding? I think for profile 4.1 @ 720p, 9 Ref Frames is the maximum. If there are black bars you can crop then you can get away with a few more.
