Ran out of space and now getting startup wizard at launch

I ran out of space last night and it screwed something up with my install. After I removed all my temp transcode files, I ran an update to the latest beta and now I am getting the startup wizard.

 

All of my database files seem to be ok, I compared file sizes to my 2 week old backup.

 

I tried to go through the wizard but it fails when I tried to link my emby account. Error log says my local user is already linked. Seems like I should be ok if I could get the wizard to go away.

Why not set up the server without the emby connect account and check the users once you get to the dashboard?

I guess because I am just worried that the startup wizard is going to screw up everything? It's my first time having this problem and it seems like it's wanting to start from scratch. So I would rather ask before doing anything else.

You should be fine.

You should be fine but if you are really worried about corrupting your files then I would suggest making a backup copy of our installation directory and then proceeding with the setup wizard.

Everything seems to be working. Waiting for the library scan to finish. There might be a problem with one of my libraries, it failed during the scan but it's not one I use a lot so I will delete it and try again.
