Renamed Series still in Database after Rescanning

After some cleanup I renamed some of my series folders for better folder sorting and consistency.

Rescanning the library detected the new path AND did hide the old path. (Or added the "new" series and did not show the "old" one anymore)

But, some components (like Auto Organize) look in the database for possible series and then show the old ones as well.

I opened the library.db and acually found the old entries (for no longer existing files) in the table TypedBaseItems

I did not dare to remove them in there as I do not know if there are sideeffects/references to take care of.

But I expected the library scan to detect the non existing entries and completely remove them.

Is this a bug or known behavior?

Minor side question: Why are there two similar databases: UserDatas and userdata?

Thanks.

Should it be save to fiddle with the database (when Emby is not running of course) and remove the found entries in "TypedBaseItems"? Or are there more things / side effects to consider?

Yes, but I would create a backup just in case.
