Redarmy 2
So, I recently switched from cox cable's 300Mbps/down connection to their "gigablast" connection and ever since doing so, I've been unable to connect to Emby anywhere, locally or remotely. I forwarded the proper ports, and then tried disabling firewall and dmz and nothing can connect, though other local devices will see the server, nothing can connect. Am I doing something wrong/forgetting something?
Guest asrequested
Has your IP changed?
Redarmy 2
Yes, but I already updated what IP to try to connect to. Set a reserved local IP for the server to make sure everything can connect to it properly...
Sammy 738
I think @ is talking about your external ip address. Sent from my SM-G930P using Tapatalk
ebr 14929
Yeah, and it is probably defaulting to an IPv6 address as well.
Redarmy 2
I don't see why external IP address should matter on a LAN connection, but yes it changed when I changed plans. I have IPv6 disabled for it, so it's not that.

Redarmy 2
Well, I've tried everything I can think of short of changing out my router, which I plan to do.
