I had the OU/TCU football game scheduled to record today but when I finally got home it was not recorded.

:/

So where do I start looking and what do I look for to figure out how this failed?

Thanks!

So clearly the game was recorded but it looks like emby stuffed the game down inside of a folder for a documentary also named "College Football":

Since emby was able to get this blue NCAA graphic for the TV guide:

.. how do I get emby to create a folder in "Recordings" using the same graphic and name?

As requested. Sort of. My apologies. Any line that matched ":8096" or "UserAgent:" along with IP addresses of clients on the network were removed.

Also do you have Emby Premiere?

I do. Lifetime.

Since I am very heavy handed with chatty software, mb3admin.com is only unblocked when I need it to do something:

It is such a wonderful thing to see drop after drop in the logs:

So I abandoned a lifetime membership at Plex because I could not suffer the umbilical cord to the mothership any longer.  That is how I found Emby.  It's great that FreeBSD is supported and I am generally happy with how Emby is running.  I just wish my install of Emby could be walled off from the outside world and allowed to run on its own.

It is really unfortunate that it has to be this way but I am grateful for the help.

Thanks!

Hi, it will need to validate once in a while and for the next release of the server we are working on making this less frequent. Thanks.

That would be helpful!

I went ahead and removed the requested logfile since there were zero downloads.

What advice can you give me on getting the TV guide graphic as the folder graphic instead of some movie as indicated above?

Thanks!

You may want to adjust the folder structure so that it's separated from your college football documentaries.

I know we all got a lot going on and that makes it difficult to shift mental gears to address every problem that is posted, but I thought I did a really good job of explaining that I *do not* have football documentaries.

:D

I want emby to use the graphic that it found and used in the TV guide listing (shown above) automatically instead of the bogus documentary graphic.

Thoughts?

Ok, then I would just replace the current image manually. This shouldn't happen anymore following the next release. Thanks.
