jb5349 0 Posted October 13, 2018 Share Posted October 13, 2018 (edited) My entire collection is stored on various cloud drives and so I use .strm files which point to a public URL for each of the files (which works great by the way). I noticed when selecting Download in any of the emby apps or in any web browser that it only downloads the .strm file and not the media file which is pointed to in the .strm file. There should be an option to do this, if user selects download and file is .strm then use path within the file (URL) for download. Right now if I want to download an offline copy of any of my files to use while traveling it is not possible. This should be a fairly easy fix. Thanks!
